I’ve noticed most people in sales try to be everything to everyone. They believe it gives them a larger opportunity, when it actually limits them. If no one knows who you help the most, they don’t know when to refer you. It’s also VERY difficult to create content when the audience is everyone. Choosing a niche is critical and shouldn’t be just based on highest revenue. It needs to be a personality fit. In this step, I will provide a process to make this important decision.

Social media is an insane distraction when you don’t use it correctly. Many sales people either post the same boring stuff as others, or just turn it off. Scrolling for hours each day, providing zero value to anyone, is even worse. 

In this session we will explore all the platforms we should pay attention to and create a clearer understanding of how it can be an asset, instead of a liability.

This section is completely focused on saving everyone time and taking action. We will cover the 4-step process to content creation, no matter what medium (video, audio, or written). The steps are:

1. Plan - Capturing and organizing a creative approach will help you stand out from the competition. It’s not about being better, it’s about being different.
2. Record - You have everything you need already in your pocket. I’ll teach you how to look professional wherever you happen to be. We will also discuss the fear of judgement and how that’s the real problem, not compliance.
3. Edit - This stops many sales people and drains the pockets of others. This step is one of the easiest ways to find your voice and put your personality into the content. Plus you can do it for free from your phone.
4. Share - Just get it out to the world. They will tell you what they like or don’t like. Consistency will outperform algorithms every day.

I see many sales people start and quit too soon. Mainly because they have zero patience. In this session, we will create the framework necessary for you to be consistent. This will ultimately help you create a machine of interested ideal clients. The last thing we want is to see some success from the content and brand awareness, and then stop producing it.

The final step is going to your ideal client and providing value in other ways. You can sell without every bringing up your product. People buy solutions.  The more value you bring to others, the more results will follow. This is easily done with a few small adjustments to wasted time each day.
